if it 1/ 5 is given in your book so might its wrong becoz there is only 1 possibility of getting 5..

Therefore the total number of possible outcome = 10.
Number of favourable outcomes i.e, drawing a marble with number 5 on it, is 1 out of 10 numbers.
Therefore, probability of getting "5" number marble,
P(A) = (Number of favourable outcomes)/(Total number of possible outcomes)
= 1/10.
