You have to do the prime factorization of 4000. The prime factorization of 4000 is:-
5*2*2*2*2*2*5*5
If you put the 5's together and 2's together, you will see that the prime factorization is literally 125(i.e, 5*5*5) *32(i.e, 2*2*2*2*2)
And........ 125*32=4000
Thus the values of m and n are the numbers of 2 and 5 in the prime factorization of 4000 respectively.
As there are 5 2's and 3 5's, the values of m and n are 5 and 3, respectively
