so, the length is 2x+2
now,
perimeter =2(l+b)
154=2(2x+2+x)
154=2(3x+2)
154=6x+4
-6x=4-150
-6x=-150 [minus are cancelled]
x=150/6
x=25
Length = 2x+2=2(25)+2=50+2
=52m
