2 {x}^{3} - {x}^{2} - 8

this is the cubic polynomial.

here,

 \alpha \beta + \beta \gamma + \gamma \alpha = \frac{c}{a} \\ \alpha \beta + \beta \gamma + \gamma \alpha = \frac{0}{2} = 0

and

 \alpha \beta \gamma = \frac{ - d}{a} \\ \alpha \beta \gamma = \frac{ - ( - 8)}{2} \\ \alpha \beta \gamma = \frac{8}{2} = 4

so now,

 \frac{1}{ \alpha } + \frac{1}{ \beta } + \frac{1}{ \gamma } = \frac{ \alpha \beta + \beta \gamma + \gamma \alpha }{ \alpha \beta \gamma } \\ \frac{1}{ \alpha } + \frac{1}{ \beta } + \frac{1}{ \gamma } = \frac{0}{4} = 0(ans).

here is your answer
