rate of flow = 10m/min = (1/6) m/s
radius of cylinderical pipe = R = 5mm/2 = 0.0025 m

hence for 1 sec
L= 1/6m

volume of water flows in the cone is = πr^2L

= π(0.0025)^2•1/6
= 3.27×10^-6 m^3

radius of cone= r = 30cm = 0.3 m
height of cone = h = 25cm = 0.25m

volume of cone = 1/3(πr^2h)
= 1/3(π•0.3^2•0.25)
= 0.0236 m^3

time taken to fill cone = (0.0236) / (0.0000033)
= 7151.5 sec
= approx 120 min
