weight of 7 1/2 bags = 11 1/4 units

                 = 15/2 bags weigh = 45/4 units

therefore weight of 1 bag = 1 multiply by 45/4 divide by 15/2

                                            = 45/4 divided by 15/2

                                            = 45/4 multiply by 2/15

                 weight of 1 bag = 3/2 units

simplify the numbers....

=> 15/2 bags weigh=45/4

if 15/2bag weigh=45/4

then, 1 bag weight=45/4 ÷ 15/2
