2x-3/2x-1=3x-1/3x+1
= then do cross multiplication,
=> (2x-3)×(3x+1)= (3x-1)×(2x-1)
=> 2x(3x+1)-3(3x+1)=3x(2x-1)-1(2x-1)
=> 6x^2 +2x -9x -3 = 6x^2 -3x -2x +1
=> 6x^2 -7x -3 = 6x^2 -5x +1
take the variable in one side of the equal sign.
and the constant part in the other side in the equal sign
=> 6x^2 -7x +5x -6x^2 = 1+3
=> 6x^2-6x^2 -2x = 4
=> -2x = 4
=> x = -2

CHECK FOR THE ANSWER

Place -2 in the place of x
=> (2×(-2)-3)/(2×(-2)-1)=(3×(-2)-1)/(3×(-2)+1)
=> ((-4)-3)/((-4)-1)=((-6)-1)/((-6)+1)
=> -7/-5 = -7/-5
=> 7/5 =7/5
therefore lhs= rhs
