(m +  \frac{n}{7} ) ^{3} (m -  \frac{n}{7} ) \\  = (m +  \frac{n}{7} ) ^{2} (m +  \frac{n}{7} )(m -  \frac{n}{7} ) \\  = (m +  \frac{n}{7} ) ^{2} (m -  \frac{n}{7} ) ^{2}  \\  = ((m +  \frac{n}{7} )(m -  \frac{n}{7} )) ^{2}  \\  = ( {m}^{2}  -  \frac{n}{7} ^{2} )^{2}
