for first question
( {3x})^{3}  + ( {2x})^{3}  = (3x + 2y) \\ (9 {x}^{2}  + 4 {y}^{2}  - 6xy)
put the value from given data
 = 14(( {3x + 4y})^{2}  - 24xy - 6xy) \\  = 14( {14}^{2}  - 30 \times 8)
 = 14(196 - 240) \\  = 14 \times  -  44 \\   =  - 616
for second put values 20 and 14/9 instead of 14 and 8
 = 20( {20}^{2}  - 30 \times  \frac{14}{9} ) \\  = 20(400 -  \frac{140}{3} )

 = 20( \frac{1200 - 140}{3} ) \\  = 20( \frac{1060}{3} )
 =  \frac{21200}{3}

hope it may help you
