Answer:

( x - 4) ^3 = x^3 - 64 - 12x( x - 4)

= x^3 - 64 - 12x^2 + 48x

Now , integrating this,..

= int. ( x^3 - 64 - 12x^2 + 48x) / x^2

= int. x - 64 x^(-2) - 12 + 48 /x

= x^2 /2 + 64/x - 12x + 48 log x + C

Given :

∫ (x - 4)³/x² dx

⇒ (x³ - 12x² + 48x - 64)/x²

⇒ (x³/x²) - (12x²/x²) + (48x/x²) - (64/x²)

⇒ x - 12 + (48/x) - (64/x²)

⇒ ∫xdx - ∫12dx + (48/x) dx - (64/x²) dx

⇒ (x²/2) - 12x + 48 * ∫(1/x) dx - 64∫(1/x²) dx

⇒ (x²/2) - 12x + 48 logx + (64/x) + C

Hope it helps!
