amt of juice in the other can is x
total amt of juice = 4 3/4
so,
2 1/6 +x = 4 3/4
x = 4 3/4 - 2 1/6
x = 19/4 - 13/6
x = 57-26/12 (12 is the denominator ;due to LCM)
x = 31/12
x = 2 7/12
therefore the other can holds 2 7/12L of juice.

it is not 21/6
it is 2 1/6 (mixed form)
and wherever i have left space before a number it means that it is in mixed form
so while writing u can write 2 separate and 1/6 which is called mixed form in the case of 2 1/6
