u = 90 km/hr
= 90* 5/18 m/s
= 25 m/s
v = 0 m/s
a = 0.5 m/s^2
Since v^2 = u^2 + 2aS
Since brakes applied force opposite to motion.. Hence a is in neg..
=) 0^2 = 25^2 + 2*-0.5 * S(distance travelled)
=) 0 = 625- S
=) S = 625m
