1. The first situation was when I was attending my English ut exams. I Didn't know answers of many questions. Negative mesaage=I thought that it was my mistake why didn't I learn. Positive message=I told myself that my will power can make it in all conditions i got the power to do it from myself everything I could do I did and got good results
