Firstly it's A Budgerigar not a Parrot . It's a type of parakeet.
Secondly, they eat birdseed, cooked rice, seedling grasses, and wholemeal bread , pasta, cabbage, broccoli, cooked pumpkin, carrots, silver beet, celery and much more..
Also you can feed bananas. They usually love drinking water.

Sry, dear it's not a parrot but a budgerigar and they use to eat seeds, rice, wheat seeds , peas
