2)at the starting write notice in bold letters
3)write date after writing the name through the notice is published

We should write notice in a box.
At the top,it is necessary to write 'NOTICE' in the middle.
Write the date in the left side below the notice.
Always start your notice with...It is to be informed.....
End it by writing...thank you...and your name.
