Look to the bottom left.... u notice two capacitors in parallel.... so net capacitance of the combination will be the sum of both...

now... 2C and 2C are in series.... net capacitance will b

1/C(net) =1/2C +1/2C

C(net) = 4C^2/4C = C

proceed similarly
