!! Hey !!

Your answer is ----

Given equation are -

2x + 3y = 7 or
2x + 3y - 7 = 0

(p+q)x + (2p-q)y = 5 or
(p+q)x + (2p-q)y-5 = 0

since, equations have infinity many solution .

so,
2/(p+q) = 3/(2p-q) = -7/-5

Let, take

2/(p+q) = -7/-5

=> 2/(p+q) = 7/5

=> 7p+7q = 10 .....(1)

now, take
3/(2p-q) = -7/-5

=> 3/(2p-q) = 7/5

=>14p- 7q = 15 .....(2)

now , adding equation (1) & (2), we get

7p+7q+14p-7q = 10+15

=> 21p = 25

=> p = 25/21

now , put this value in equation (1), we get

7 × 25/21 + 7q = 10

=> 175/21 + 7q = 10

=> 7q = 10 - 175/21

=> 7q = 35/21

=> q = 5/21

hence, p = 25/21 & q = 5/21
