plzz ans this........

Attachments:

simpl3737: ok.. plzz confirm this reaction
simpl3737: Ca(HCO3)2---heat--> CaCO3 +CO2+H2O
simpl3737: is it correct??
gurdeenkaur31: I have just Google the stuff and got this....
gurdeenkaur31: First off Calcium bicarbonate cannot be heated as a solid as it only exists in solution. If you heat the solution and evaporate it to dryness the resulting solid would be calcium carbonate. Ifyou do this with sodium bicarbonate, the heat will drive off the bicarbonateCO2 resulting in sodium carbonate.
simpl3737: means it will result in CaCO3 which is insuluble and will form a precipitate
gurdeenkaur31: I will conform it tomorrow evening cause I I am confused
simpl3737: okay.. thank you... and i think there is one more ques u can ans,,, the second last
simpl3737: and if you get any ans from net plzz plzz attach a screensgot of that becoz i think my teacher is telling us wrong.. thank u
simpl3737: i will get that printed and show to her

Crconqueror: Ca(HCO3)2 CaCO3 + CO2 + H2O
Crconqueror: thats it
Crconqueror: forgot an arrow
simpl3737: but CaCO3 is insoluble
Crconqueror: i know
simpl3737: so why
simpl3737: ok thanks
