hey mate this is your answer i hope you like it-
But media manipulation does exist. They just blow things out of proportion thereby creating a negative effect on the minds of people. I have observed that they are interested in bringing out only the negatives of the country and at one point we start feeling what kind of country are we living in. Which is sad and actually which is not the case. It shows out country in bad light.

Not a single news channel shows something positive about our country. Which we can be proud of. And as a consequence, everybody is living in a state of fear. We fear about everything these days. It is created by the media. We are scared to step out, we are scared to stay at home, we are scared to send our children to school. It is good to bring out the news to the public domain but then not make a daily soap out of it.

In India specially everything comes with an emotional drama even when it is not required. They try to gain publicity out of all this.

One very disheartening example is this slogan : Delhi is rape capital of India. This is the brainchild of media. How can you demean the capital of your own country. And nobody objects to such unhealthy slogans and manipulations.

One such example would be like : (just came to my mind)

A reality show of kids where they sing. The child is singing very well but then they need more masala so they bring out some sad story of his life or of his parents. Why? To get the sympathy of the audience and to gain some TRP. It's a talent hunt let it be that way.

Answer:

1.Media gives news and discusses events that are happening in the entire world. Based on this people can understand how the government is functioning. These news stories are the basis on which people in a democracy can take action against the government’s policies and decisions by organizing public protests, starting signature campaigns etc thereby asking the government to rethink its decisions.
