Opposite sides are equal in a parallelogram.

3x+4=5x-2

4+2=5x-3x

6=2x

x=3

One of the angle=3x+4=9+4=13

Other angle=5x-2=15-2=13

Let us assume name of the parallelogram is ABCD

angle A+angle B+angle C+angle D=360

Here angle A and C are 13

So,13+13+x+x= 360

26+2x= 360

x=360-26/2

x=167

Therefore angle A = angle C =13

angle B= angle D=167.

Hope it's helpful.....
