look at the 3rd and the 1st terms, take 7 common..
now look at the 2nd and last term and take out 8 common.
Now, write x^2 + 1/(x^2) as (x-1/x)^2+2 = 7.
x-1/x = 3
put this value in the expansion of the expression that we got at the the very first step... you're answer's ready :)
