The extract have been taken from the poem 'Bangle Seller' by 'Sarojini Naidu'.

$\blue{\mathfrak{Answer}}$-$<b><u>The word " Shining loads " here refers to the shining and glittering bangles which are one of the important ornaments for the Indian women. As the poem itself revolves around the importance of bangles and story of bangle seller,it could be easily predict that the word must refer to Bangles. Bangles are also Shiny and glittering which makes the poet call them "Shiny loads ". </b></u>$

$<b><u>The Indian women and girls especially" happy daughters and happy wives " are its prospective buyers. By wearing them, they increase the value of Bangles or "Shiny loads ".</u></b>$
