distance between two points is equal to

 \sqrt{ {( - 7 - ( - 5))}^{2} + {(k - 6)}^{2} } = 13 \\ { ( - 2)}^{2} + {(k - 6) }^{2} = 169 \\ {(k - 6)}^{2} = 169 - 4 = 165 \\ k - 6 = \sqrt{165} \\ - k = - 6 - \sqrt{165} \\
-k = -6 -(+ or - 12.85)

-k = -18.85 ; k = 18.85
-k = 6.85. ; k = -6.85

Any doubts comment ;)
