In que 7 , you have to find breadth of rectangle using Pythagoras theorem first.
i.e. √(41^2 - 40^2) =√(1681-1600)=9 cm
Thus, Perimeter = 2(40+9) cm = 98cm
In que 8, Again using Pythagoras theorem,
√(5^2 - 3^2) = 4 m
Height of gate = 4 m.
i.e. √(41^2 - 40^2) =√(1681-1600)=9 cm
