Let angle p be x

Now as

It us given that supplement differ by 20°

So,

180-20

=160

Now as they are supplementary to each other

Therefore

X+160=180

X=20

Hence angle p =20°

4bakshipriti: p=20
4bakshipriti: my answer is wright
VaibPiyu: I have the answer sheet
VaibPiyu: U r wrong
Sahil2dracula: So you tell what's the answer
VaibPiyu: 140°
VaibPiyu: U can check by keeping it all through your process
Sahil2dracula: This means my method is correct
VaibPiyu: Nope
VaibPiyu: See to the attachment answer.

Here supplement angle of p is 180-p
As per question, p-3(180-p)=20
or, p- 540+3p=20
or, 4p=560
or,p=560/4=140
so angles are 140 and 40
