3. Yes, As we know Acceleration is the change in velocity Therefore if there is no change in velocity then that the object is having constant velocity hence no acceleration

Ex-A Vechicle moving with uniform velocity

4. No, As we know Velocity is (speed+ direction).When a object moves in a curved path,it changes at every point in a curved path because there is change in direction at every point.As we know Acceleration is the change in velocity here the velocity is not uniform hence It is not possible to go around the curved path with zero acceleration.
