area of rectangle= 2x+3×x=27cmsquare
2x^2+3x=27
2x^2+3x-27=0
2x^2-6x+9x-27=0
2x(x-3)+9(x-3)=0
2x+9=0orx-3=0
x=-9/2orx=3

so, x=3(ans)
