The first one is highly acidic owing to Ortho effect.

Then comes the second one (amido group at meta) because it operates -I effect.

Then comes the last one. Its comparatively more acidic than the third one (amido group at para) since the group operates +R effect which makes it the least acidic.

And we know that -I,-R effects increases acidity whereas +I,+R effect decreases acidity.
