Heya mate here is your answer....

Data : a=200

d=50

To Find : S17 = ?

We know,

Sn =

$sn = n \div 2(2a + (n - 1) d)$

$s17 = 17 \div 2(2 \times 200 + 17 - 1 \times 50)$

$= 17 \div 2 \times 1200$

=$17 \times 600$

$= 10200$

Ans. His total savings in 17 month will be 10,200
