we know that

(a+b+c)²= a²+b²+c²+ 2(ab+bc+ac)

Given........
a+b+c= 8.........(1)
ab+bc+ac= 19........(2)

8²= a²+b²+c²+2(19)
64-38= a²+ b²+ c²
a²+b²+c²= 26
Hope this helps you...✌

(a+b+c) =8

(ab+bc+ca)=19

(a + b + c) {}^{2}  =a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2}  + 2ab + 2bc + 2ca \\( 8 {)}^{2}  = (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2}) + 2ab + 2bc + 2ca \\ 64 =  (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2})  + 2(ab + bc + ca) \\ 64 =  (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2})  + 2(19) \\ 64 =  (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2})  + 38 \\ 64 - 38 =  (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2})  \\ 26 =  (a {}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2})
