just do ,find first area of square, then area of circle(r=7) then ,area of square-area of circle , u will get answer

faisal77: down side
meetxliii05: yea then?
veeren: yes. 1 semi circle and 2 quadrants whose areas are equal
faisal77: ad up side there are two circles, add them u will get another half circle
faisal77: half+half =full
meetxliii05: thanks ❤
veeren: yes ..
veeren: welcm
faisal77: veeren is also right ,Ln but my method is short cut
meetxliii05: oh okay

To find area of shaded region = Area of square - ( Area of region 1+2+3)

Area of square = side×side
according to the diagram side of square is 7+7=14cm
Area of square= 14×14 =196cmsq

Area of region 1: area of semi circle=1/2 πr^2
r=7cm
=1/2 × 22/7 (7×7)
= 77 sqcm

Area of region 2: quadrant of circle= 1/4 πr^2
1/4× 22/7 (7×7)
=38.5 sqcm
area of region 2= area of region 3
= 38.5 sqcm

shaded part= 196 - ( 77+38.5+38.5)
= 196- 154
=42 sqcm

meetxliii05: its correct na?
meetxliii05: btw tysm ❤
veeren: its correct ..
