The iron reacts with the copper sulfate and forms ferrous sulfate and copper. The ferrous sulfate formed is green in color and it leaves behind yellow colored copper.

The silver does not react with the copper sulfate and stays the same which is blue in color as silver is less reactive than copper.

The gold does not react with the copper sulfate and stays the same which is blue in color as gold is less reactive than copper.

So your answer is option C

Hope it helps.
