bc = da (given)
angle COB = angle AOD (vertically opposite angles)
angle BCO = angle ODA (alternate angles)
so triangle BOC is congruent to triangle DOA
thus
BO = AO (by cpct)
CO = DO (by cpct)
thus O is the mid point.
