WATER BOILS FASTER AT HIGHER ALTITUDES i.e. Nanital because At higher altitudes the atmospheric pressure decreases thereby allowing water molecules have an easy time escaping off the surface when the air pressure above them is less whereas at lower altitudes i.e. Jaipur the atmosphere provides a lot of pressure, making it difficult for water molecules to escape i.e. boil.
