For your 1st question,
A cricketer moves his hand backwards to decrease the momentum of the ball caused by mass*velocity.
For your 2nd question,
Force always appear in pairs because according to newton's third law every action has it's opposite and equal reaction.
For your 3rd question,
The weight will be more because the weight is calculated by force of gravity applied on the body.
If there is acceleration, then it will increase the resultant gravity and will considerably increase the weight.

Hey sister here is your answer :
• A cricketer moves his hands backword while catching a ball for reducing the force of ball when he catches the ball he moves his hands to reduce the force of ball and due to this he feels less pain in his hand.
• Forces always appear in pairs as it based on Newtons Third law of motion , every action is equal and opposite to equal reaction and Forces come in pairs, in order for an object to exert a force on one object, it must experience an equal but opposite (in direction) force acting on it from the other object.
• Its weight will be more.
hope it helpful to you ^_^
