Heya........!!!!!
1.) Work done in lifting the box :
=> mgh = 250 × 10 × 1 = 2500 J
2.) Work done in Holding the box :
=> F.S = 0 ( no movement is being done )
3.) They are tired because their internal energy is being used in holding that box As the muscles are stretched .
