First, perimeter of 1st square is 60m
So , Side of square will be 60/4 which is 15 m
Therefore ,Area:
15 \times 15 = 225m {}^{2}
Then , Perimeter of other square is 144m
So ,Side of square is 36m
Therefore ,Area:
36 \times 36 = 1296m {}^{2}
Now,Total area:1296 plus 225:1521m
Then ,Side of square:
 \sqrt{1521}  = 39m
Hence perimeter:
4 \times 39 = 156m
