This is the plasmid of E-coli which has genes of different Antibodies like tetracycline , etcs in different locations as shown in the figure as ampR and tetR.

the endonucleases like BamH I , Pvu1 acts as molecular scissors and cuts the plasmid at those specific locations as shaded
