HERE'S THE ANSWER.....

Given:
age of Radhika = 8 yrs.
age of her father = 34 yrs

let it will take "x" year to make father as thrice the Radhika's age

3(8+x) = (x+34)

=> 24 + 3x = x + 34
=> 2x = 10
=> x = 5

hence, after 5 years, the age of father will be 3 times the age of Radhika.
