I)

If (C) is 1.2 A, then (B) will also be 1.2 A as both the components are in the same branch and the total current of the circuit equally divides when entering a parallel branch.

ii)

(A) seems like an ammeter and will measure the total current flowing in the circuit as it is not connected in parallel to the circuit.

Therefore, (A) = 1.2 + 1.2 = 2.4 A

iii)

This (V) would measure the EMF of the battery or the potential difference between it's two ends which is the total voltage of the circut.

We now require the total resistance of the circuit

total \: resistance = 0.6Ω + 2Ω +  \frac{6 \times 4}{6 + 4}  \:  \:  (total \: resistance  \\ in \: a \: parallel \: branch \: if \: consisting \: of  \\ 2 \: resistors) \\  =  > \: total \: resistance =  2.6Ω + 2.4Ω \\  =  > total \: resistance = 5 \: Ω

Total current= 2.4 A

We know that V=IR

=> V= 2.4 × 5

=> V= 12 V

iv)

EMF already measured in part iii)

So, EMF= 12V
