Reaction:-

Reaction:-CaCO3+2HCl-->CaCl2 +H20 + CO2

This shows,2moles of HCL is required to react completely with 1 mole of calcium carbonate

mass of 1,moles of calcium carbonate=gram molecular mass=100g

mass of 2moles of HCL=gram molecular mass×2=36.5×2=73

It means,100g of calcium carbonate react completely with 73g of HCL

so,mass of HcL required to react with 50g CaCO3=73/2=36.5g

Hence,36.5g of HCL react with 50g of calcium carbonate

Hence option a)✔️✔️
