☆Given :

  • Rs.642 is divided between three friends .
  • Anil gets {\rm {\dfrac {4}{5}}} of amount that raghav get .
  • Sobha gets 45.5% of amount that Anil get .

☆Find :

  • The money each of them got = ?

☆Solution :

Let the amount Raghav get = x

\\

Now,

As mentioned in the question,

  • Anil got {\rm {\dfrac {4}{5}}} of raghav get that is {\rm {\dfrac {4x}{5}}}

And

  • Sobha got 45.5% of anil that is {\rm {\dfrac {4x}{5}}} × 45.5 = 0.364x

\\

Now, substituting the values,

= x + 0.8x + 0.364x = 642

= 2.164x = 642

= x = {\rm {\dfrac {2.164}{642}}}

= x = 296.67

\\

Approx = 296

The amount each of them got,

• Raghav

= x = 296

\\

• Anil

= {\rm {\dfrac {4×297}{5}}}

= {\rm {\dfrac {1188}{5}}}

= 237.6

\\

•Sobha

= 0.364x

= 0.364 × 287

= 108.108
