Hey i think your option are wrong in case of [FeF6]3- hybridisation will be sp3d2 so option 1 and 4 both are possible but in [Fe(H2O)6]3+ and [Ni(NH3)6]2+ hybridisation will be sp3d2 and sp3d2 respectively

In [Fe(H2O)6]3+ water is WFL so outer orbital takes place in hybridisation and in case of [Ni(NH3)6]2+ ni is in +2state with configuration [Ar] 4s0 3d8 so there in chance of getting two inner vacant d orbital so outer orbitals takes place in hybridisation so hybridisation will be sp3d2
