CF3OH is the answer.

This is a basic question of Organic Chemistry involving with small concept of bond dissociation energy.

C-- I bond is weaker than C-- F bond. This is because that the happen of bonding between smaller hybridised lobes of carbon and that with varying hybridised lobes of halogen. If the lobes are small and of similar (not same) then bond is stronger. So, above fact is true. Anothe factor involved is pyramidal inversion, which is suitable here.
