Total surface area of the article

= C.S.A of cylinder + 2 C.S.A. of hemisphere

$= > 2\pi rh + 2(2\pi {r}^{2} ) \\ = > (70\pi + 40\pi)c {m}^{2} \\ = > 119\pi c {m}^{2} \\ = > 119 \times \frac{22}{7} \\ = > 17 \times 22 = 374c {m}^{2}$

Total cost=10×374=₹3740
