This due to force caused by earth’s rotation coriolis force which deflect winds towards right. Other reason is that wind move from high pressure area to low pressure..

Answer:

this due to the revolution of the Earth on an inclined axis which causes an apparent migration of the Sun. During summer season the Sun shines in the Northern hemisphere especially on the tropic of cancer on 21st June.Since the sun shines in the northern hemisphere there is low pressure in the northern region . As wind moves from low pressure region to high pressure region and the low pressure region is near the north pole ,so the wind and pressure belts both shift polewards during the summer season.
