Answer: 620 Mangoes

Step-by-step explanation:

Mr. A had five kinds of mangoes.

Each box can contain minimum of 15 mangoes.

Each box can contain maximum of 20 mangoes.

this means, there can be 6 boxes with different amount of mangoes

20-15+1=6

Since he wants 6 boxes with same amount, he would have 5 boxes of each of  6 different amount.

This means he has 5*6=30 boxes

no matter which he selects, will be a repeat of one of the 6 amounts. S he just neds to select one more box to have 5 boxes with same amount.

Thus he needs to select 30+1 =31 boxes of mangoes to be certain that at least 6 boxes contain the same amount of mangoes.

hence the maximum number of mangoes in all the boxes is 31*20=620 mangoes.
