I used to be a child,

my imagination ran wild,

Those days used to be gold,

they are nostalgic now as I'm old.

Childhood gave me freedom and hope,

Now my life is filled with decisions with yes or nope,

I wish I went back to being a kid,

but then I would have to redo my life if I ever did.

But now I realize childhood is never returning,

Inside me the memories are slowly burning,

But whatever I did in my childhood,

Will always remain with me during adulthood.

Childhood is a age when we make so many friends ,

but after sometime friendship ends ,

childhood is a age we enjoy the most ,

and we were the little friendly ghost ,

we cry for chocolates & cookies ,

we were the funniest and everyone's cuties.

dream was to touch the moon

but we forget this soon ,

we think about chocolate tree ,

and today we are very busy to meet friends because we are not free.
