Bapu envisioned India to be independent

As it is now, after many years of he being gone

So much known about Bapu

And so little we abide.

I want to be a person

Whom Bapu be proud of.

I want to be as kind as him

As pure as him.

I want his selfless soul

To enlighten me more.

No blood, no violence

Only love, many friends.

This is how he wanted us to be.

This is how I will be born again.
