We all need to eat food to get energy and to stay alive. But that means to eat clean and hygienic food that is rich in nutrients. We should ensure that the food we eat is not stale. Eating stale food leads to many diseases. Clean food has no such danger. It is fresh and rich in nutrients that contribute to the all round development of our body.

Clean food is always good
It is no way, impure or crude
For good health, consuming clean food
is always a must and should
It is free from harmful germs and microbes
thus, keeps safe, our body organs and lobes
For good health, consuming clean food
is always a must and should
So, always have clean and good food
and keep yourself in safe and happy mood! :)
